STONE DESIGN STUDIO

Natural stone is approached as a defining element within architecture — shaping surfaces, volumes and transitions.
Each project begins with the material itself: its origin, its structure, and how it responds to light and scale within a space.
StudioCeragres works across sourcing, fabrication and integration, ensuring that material decisions are carried through consistently into the built result.

CUSTOMISATION & STUDIO SERVICES

Each project is developed through a detailed coordination of material, fabrication and placement.

Material selection goes beyond choosing a stone type. It includes defining tone, structure and surface in relation to light, scale and surrounding materials.

Fabrication is adapted to the project, with control over dimensions, thickness, finishes and edge conditions. Elements such as bookmatching, vein direction and surface continuity are defined before production.

Integration focuses on how the material is built into the space — including joints, transitions, alignment and interfaces with other elements. The aim is a precise and consistent result across all surfaces.

PRODUCTION & SOURCING

Natural stone is defined by durability and longevity.

Selection focuses on materials that maintain their structural and visual qualities over time, with minimal need for replacement or intervention.

Sourcing follows established environmental standards, with attention to responsible extraction and processing.

PROCESS

Each project follows a clear sequence, beginning with the initial brief and an understanding of the spatial intent. Based on this, the appropriate material is selected, considering tone, structure, finish and format in relation to the space.

This is followed by a detailed specification, defining dimensions, joints and technical conditions before moving into fabrication, where the material is processed and finished with precision.

Delivery and integration are coordinated with the site, ensuring that the execution corresponds exactly to the original definition.
For projects at planning stage or in development, material selection and technical coordination can be discussed early on.
